5 stars. I had the misfortune to suffer a tyre failure near Stoke on a Sunday evening and thanks to James who quickly came out to my car, and Kim who managed my emergency call, I was on my way again in just over 90 minutes. Both Kim and James were very pleasant and James was helpful, friendly and professional at the scene and got me on my way in no time at all. These things are never cheap but the service and response were excellent. Thanks!

If I could give James 10 stars I would! I punctured my husband's tyre and he had an important meeting to go to the next day. I called at 6:20 and James was with us by 8 pm with a new tyre. Thank you. The lady who dealt with the ordering of the tyre was also amazing.
